• Databricks: Workshop policy — trainees can Create compute

  • Where: Launch workspace → Compute → Policies → Workshop · test with a trainee test account → Create compute
  • Verify: Policy dropdown shows Workshop only (trainee group has Allow unrestricted cluster creation off — see § Entitlements); form loads (16.4 LTS / 15.4 LTS only); Standard runtime engine (no Photon). Trainer dry-run clusters (de-workshop-00_*) Terminated — attendee clusters appear only after they self-create in Module 2

• Databricks: both trainers Git → Pull

  • Where: Home → MHP-DE-Workshop-2026 → Git → Pull (branch main)

• Databricks: shared folder + permissions OK
