Co-Trainer Dry-Run Checklist

Use this checklist once with a co-trainer before the first live delivery. Goal: validate §6 timing in TRAINING_MATERIAL_MIGRATION_PLAN.md and protect Modules 2–4 lab minutes.

Dry-run format
